Welcome to Sweetwater Cottage in Blairsville, your freshly updated escape right by Lake Nottely. With three snug bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this spot is perfect for up to 8 guests (but best for 6 adults) and is dog-friendly too! Get ready to cook up a storm with our Weber gas grill and fully equipped kitchen. Snuggle into luxury with our top-notch linens and Pottery Barn bedding. Stay entertained with a flat-screen TV, speedy WiFi, and cable TV. And for those who love the water, Sweetwater Cottage has got you covered with seasonal water toys, including 2 tandem kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a lily pad for endless lake fun and chill vibes.

Sweetwater Cottage is your cozy lake retreat with a fresh, modern look, sparkling new bathrooms, and charming ship-lap adorned ceilings and beams. This spacious 2400 sq ft home is styled to perfection and fits 6-8 guests comfortably (best for up to 6 adults), ideal for get-togethers with family and friends.
Step into the bright main living space, where vaulted ship-lap ceilings and wooden beams welcome you. It’s a warm, open area with a cozy gas fireplace, a kitchen packed with the latest appliances, and a pantry that’s every cook's dream. From a Keurig to an air fryer and even a waffle iron, it’s got all the gadgets you could want.
Designed For You
On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed), located on opposite sides of the house for privacy, along with two newly updated bathrooms. . Additionally, there is a bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a full size on top and a queen size below, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors that offer stunning views of the lake.
The terrace level features a TV lounge, complete with a 55” flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace, alongside a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom.
An outdoor fire pit and paver patio descend via stairs to a full deck/dock. While a boat is not provided, rentals are available from local marinas or North Georgia watersports. The area offers ample space for fishing and swimming.

We welcome dogs but kindly request that you inform us about your pet and obtain pre-approval before your stay. For security, we have external cameras, including a Ring doorbell, installed. The home has recently undergone renovations and has been newly furnished, featuring high-end rustic-style decor throughout.
Other Things to Note:
Security system is in place with several very visible exterior cameras (and one inside garage) as well as a “ring” doorbell (only for emergency assistance). Guests are provided a unique code for use during their stay to control and access the smart home. This smart home upgrade monitors for fire, smoke, carbon monoxide, flood etc. We take pride providing guests with this smart home upgrade to ensure peace of mind for a relaxing stay.

Meet Your Hosts
My husband and I are both healthcare professionals. Our family loves to travel and we enjoy hosting others. My husband and I have 5 kids from ages 12 to 27. We have a golden retriever named Bella who loves to travel with us. We live in Atlanta GA and love North Georgia Mountains.
Our hobbies include anything outdoors, DIY crafts, cooking and spending time with our family. We both work in healthcare so caring for others is our passion. The best gift anyone could have is that of travel and experience for that is what life is made of! Be happy, do good, be kind and give the world the best you've got always.
